Interior Finish or Remodel<\/td>\nSubsequent generation interior finish of an existing finished space<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Shell Building<\/td>\nAny frame work or any exterior structure which is regarded as not complete or filled in.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Foundation<\/td>\nConcrete floor system of concrete that supports the construction of the building.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Parking Deck<\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Unfinished Basement Area<\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Finished Basement Area<\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Deck Area<\/td>\nOpen floor exterior of the building<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Porch Area<\/td>\nA porch is a deck with roof system and walls<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
