ePs / 2DA Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 2DA, also known as 2DownAutomatic, provided by ePs / 2DA. By using 2DA, creating an account, joining a club, signing up for an event, or opting in to SMS messages, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

2DA helps golf clubs, organizers, and players manage golf events, club communications, tee times, event signups, scoring, player groups, and related notifications. Features may change over time as the service is improved.

Accounts and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account and contact information, keeping your login credentials secure, and using 2DA only for lawful club, event, and golf-related purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use 2DA to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unsolicited communications.

Club and Event Communications

Club administrators and event organizers may use 2DA to communicate with players and club members about event invitations, tee times, schedules, cancellations, scoring, pairings, signup status, weather notices, and other golf club operations.

SMS Messaging Program

ePs / 2DA sends event-related text messages only to users who choose to receive them. Messages may include new event invites, event updates, reminders, tee times, cancellations, weather notices, signup status, and scoring or group messages.

SMS Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive automated and non-automated text messages from ePs / 2DA related to golf events, club activity, tee times, scoring, and account or signup status. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to use 2DA.

Message Frequency

You will receive 6 to 10 messages per week.

Rates, Help, and Opt Out

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile phone service plan. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel any time.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any ePs / 2DA text message. You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out. Where supported, you may reply START to opt back in.

Privacy

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from ePs / 2DA. Consent is not required to use 2DA. Phone numbers are not sold or shared for unrelated marketing.

Availability and Changes

2DA is provided on an as-available basis. ePs / 2DA may update, suspend, or discontinue features, routes, messaging workflows, or access where needed for security, compliance, maintenance, or service improvements.

No Emergency Use

2DA text messages and notifications are not intended for emergency or safety-critical communications. Do not rely on 2DA for emergency alerts.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ePs / 2DA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, delayed messages, undelivered messages, carrier filtering, user-entered information, or event administration decisions.
