What type of project do I select?
As-Built Hydrology Study | To be used for the submission of an As-Built Hydrology Study for review. |
Commercial Building Permit – Shell Building | To be used for the submission of building plans for review for “commercial properties” This includes alterations or additions, apartments, schools, and institutions. |
Final Plat | To be used for the submission of a Final Plat for Review. |
Fire Alarm, Sprinkler or Hood Plans | To be used to submit plans to the Fire Marshal only. |
Land Disturbance Permit | To be used for projects with a disturbed area greater than one (1) acre. |
Minor Subdivision Plat | To used for the splitting of a single parcel into x or fewer parcels, or to create a single parcel out of multiple parcels. |
Preliminary Plat | To be used to submit for review the design intent of a project. |
Residential Building Permit | To be used for the submission of plans for Residential buildings both new and additions or alterations. Residential buildings are considered to be single family homes or duplexes. Construction of apartments, or townhomes should be submitted under the Commercial building permit selection. |
Sign Review | For Permanent Signs. Each sign will require it’s own application and project page thru ePs. |
Sign Review – Temporary | For Temporary Signs. Each temporary sign will require it’s own application and project thru ePs |
Site Development (Residential Construction) | To be used for projects with a disturbed area less than one (1) acre. |
Tree Removal Permit | To be used when submitting for a Tree Removal Permit |
