You have created all of the dwf files to submit, but they are individual files (one file for each drawing) and know you need to group them.

Allowing access to projects by other users is a great way to keep all stakeholders informed of the project’s progress. This also allows users additional users to pay fees, submit documentation or request inspections.

We spend a pretty good amount of time discussing with our customers the way to name files to make them the most presentable to the plan review staff of the jurisdiction that use ePs.
